Delivery and Click and Collect Info and FAQ's

We offer cycle delivery and click and collect for all our products:

Click and Collect

You can collect your order for free instore (160 Mill Road, Cambridge, CB1 3LP). We are open Tuesday - Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10 - 4. You will receive an email to let you know when it is ready to collect. Collections need to be collected before closing time on the agreed day. Please bear in mind if you order flowers to collect and do not show up/or let us know with plenty of notice, we are unable to make another bouquet for another day. 


Cycle Delivery

We deliver flowers, plants and other products in and around Cambridge by bicycle. We cover CB1, CB2, CB3. CB4, CB5, Impington, Histon and Milton. If you require delivery outside of the area we cover, please get in contact directly and we might be able to deliver to you depending on the daily route. We offer same day cycle delivery on all our products if ordered before 12:00.

Delivery FAQ's

When do we deliver?

We deliver from 8:00 until 18:00, Tuesday to Saturday. We do not give delivery time slots. If you need your flowers or plants delivered for a certain time, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate.

How do you know your flowers have been delivered?

You will receive an email letting you know your flowers or plants has been delivered to the recipient. If the flowers or plants have been left with a neighbour or on the reception of a commercial address, we will state this in the email.

If you do not receive this email, firstly please check it has not gone to junk. 

Not received an email when your flowers or plant should have been delivered

In the event that you do not receive an email or the recipient does not receive the bouquet or plant you ordered, please contact us using the details below in the footer or on the contact page.

Commercial address deliveries

We will always try to deliver directly to the recipient but at some commercial addresses will only be allowed to deliver to the reception or post room. If the reception or post room fails to forward the flowers, plants or any other products to the intended recipient we do not accept responsibility. If you do not want your goods to be given to reception or the post room, please provide a contact number for the intended recipient in the delivery instructions field.

Residential address deliveries

If the recipient is not in at the residential address given, we will try to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, unless otherwise stated in the delivery instructions. We will put a card through the door to inform the intended recipient where the flowers or plants are. 

Customers Responsibility

It is the customers responsibility to check the address they are sending to and make sure they are able to accept flowers or plants at the intended recipients address. If the customer has given us incorrect address details, and we end up delivering to a wrong address or the address does not exist, we do not accept liability. Please make sure you provide full address details and provide any extra details regarding the delivery to make it as easy as possible. Extra delivery information can be added at The Flower Basket page once you have chosen your bouquet.

Forces beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.
